1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern access to and use of the Poker Situations mobile application (hereinafter, "the App"), developed and operated by Yugoco Apps (hereinafter, "we", "the Company").

By downloading, installing or using the App, or by creating a user account, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

2 Description of the Service

Poker Situations is a poker training application that presents the user with real game situations to practice and improve their decision-making. The App includes, among other features:

• Presentation of poker situations with table context (position, stack, prior action, etc.).
• Evaluation of user responses with educational feedback.
• Performance statistics and progress tracking.
• History of incorrectly solved situations for later review.
• Educational content on strategic poker concepts.
• Training profile customization through an onboarding process.

The App is currently available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and coming soon to Google Play (Android).

Poker Situations is a training and entertainment tool for educational purposes. It does not constitute or facilitate real-money gambling. The Company does not promote or endorse participation in illegal or harmful gambling activities.

3 Registration and User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access all App features, you need to create a user account. You may register using:

• Email and password: by providing a valid email address and a password.
• Google Sign-In: using your Google account, subject to Google's Terms of Service.

When registering, you warrant that the information you provide is truthful, complete and up to date, and that you are at least 13 years of age.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at yugocoapps@gmail.com in the event of unauthorized access or any other security incident.

3.3 Sign-Out and Account Deletion

You may sign out at any time from within the App. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from Settings → Account → Delete account. This action is irreversible.

4 Acceptable Use and User Conduct

4.1 Permitted Uses

The App is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

The following are expressly prohibited:

• Using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Company's or other users' systems, networks or data.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or attempting to extract the source code of the App.
• Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, sublicensing or creating derivative works of the App or its content.
• Using automated mechanisms (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the App.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware or other harmful code.
• Reproducing, publishing or sharing poker situations or other proprietary App content without written authorization.
• Impersonating any person or entity.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

5 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, logos, texts, poker situations, illustrations, software, algorithms and any other content, is the exclusive property of Yugoco Apps or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on your personal device for non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not imply the transfer of any intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the App's content without the prior written authorization of Yugoco Apps is strictly prohibited.

Third-party trademarks and logos that may appear in the App (e.g., Google) are the property of their respective owners.

6 Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Availability

The Company strives to keep the App continuously available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

6.2 Content Accuracy

The educational content and poker situations in the App are provided for training purposes. While we strive for accuracy, the Company does not guarantee that the content is comprehensive, up to date or error-free, nor that its use will necessarily improve the user's results in real games.

6.3 Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yugoco Apps shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
• Financial losses resulting from decisions made in poker games, real or virtual, based on the App's content.
• Third-party failures, including Firebase/Google services, that may affect the App's operation.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your credentials.

This limitation does not affect the rights you may have as a consumer under Spanish and European Union law.

7 Modifications to the Service and Terms

7.1 Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, in whole or in part, the App or any of its features at any time, with or without prior notice, for technical, security, legal or commercial reasons.

7.2 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you through a notice in the App or by email with reasonable advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the last revision was made.

Your continued use of the App after the new Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance thereof. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App and, if you wish, delete your account.

8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law and, where applicable, European Union regulations.

For any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the App, the parties submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

If you are a resident of the European Union and believe we have not satisfactorily resolved your complaint, you also have the right to access the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
