There is no third-party advertising in the App, and we do not share data with ad networks.

Firebase and Google Sign-In services are operated by Google LLC, a company headquartered in the United States. By using these services, your data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
These transfers are carried out with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, specifically through the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, as documented in Google's privacy policies. Additionally, Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

However, no data transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will inform you without undue delay pursuant to Article 34 of the GDPR.
The Poker Situations mobile app does not use cookies.
However, the Firebase SDKs integrated into the App may use device instance identifiers (Instance ID) and session tokens for the proper functioning of authentication and analytics services. These identifiers do not operate in the same way as web cookies and their use is necessary for the provision of the service.
If in the future the Yugoco Apps corporate website (yugocoapps.com) incorporates cookies, this section will be updated with the relevant information.
Poker Situations is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that minimum age of digital consent applies under the GDPR, such as Spain under the LOPDGDD).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has provided personal data through the App, please contact us at yugocoapps@gmail.com to arrange its immediate deletion.
The App's age rating in the app stores reflects this age requirement.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our privacy practices, the third-party services we use, or applicable regulations.
